ISB to Train Pak’s Corporate Managers in a Karachi Institute

The Indian School of Business (ISB) has joined hands with one of the institutes in Karachi naming Institute of Business Administration (IBA) for its first joint executive education programme in Pakistan. The joint programme is titled ‘Leadership Skills for Top Management’ and is aimed at business leaders in Pakistan to sharpen their leadership skills.

According to Deputy dean of ISB, Deepak Chandra said, “We are confident that the ISB’s strong understanding of emerging economies will help in grooming high-performing business leaders and policy makers from Pakistan and equip them with global best practices that will enable them to lead the country in its next phase of growth.”

On the other hand , the dean and director of IBA, Karachi, Said Ishrat Husain said, “The collaboration with the Indian School of Business will expose corporate managers to leading scholars and practitioners from the world and help in acquiring new knowledge and tools.”

the other participants in the programme include directors, CEOs and senior leaders from industries including banking and financial institutes, pharmaceuticals, oil and gas, infrastructure development, power, MNCs, agri-business and government functionaries.
